At 35 feet long, this unit can comfortably sleep 7 people, weighs 8,840 lbs dry with a GVWR of 11,500 lbs and a pin weight of 1,670 lbs, making it towable by a properly equipped 3/4-ton truck while delivering multi-generational comfort perfect for extended Maritime camping trips.
The 3000LOFT stands out with a rear loft bunkhouse featuring two elevated side bunks accessed by a center ladder, a sofa bed below, and a dedicated half-bathroom. Kids get their own zone complete with a projector and screen for movies and games. The main level features aslideout housing a tri-fold sleeper sofa, creating an open living area. The booth dinette with two freestanding chairs provides dining space separate from the slideout.
The kitchen delivers with a three-burner flush-mount gas range, air fryer convection microwave combo, 16 cubic foot 12V refrigerator, solid surface countertops, and high-rise faucet with pullout sprayer. A 50-inch LED Smart TV anchors the entertainment area.
The front bedroom offers a king bed (70″ x 80″) with underbed storage, nightstands with hidden storage, and a wardrobe. The main bathroom includes a 30″ x 40″ shower with retractable door, elongated porcelain foot-flush toilet, upgraded Oxygenics Fury showerhead, and extra tall medicine cabinet. The 82-inch interior height maintains an open feel throughout.
Dual air conditioners (18,000 BTU Chill Cube and 8,000 BTU) combine with a 35,000 BTU furnace and 42,000 BTU tankless water heater.
