The 2024 Keystone Residence 401FLFT is a 41-foot destination trailer that sleeps up to eight people. With a dry weight of 13,126 lbs, this is a unit designed to stay put and live in, making it an ideal seasonal home base at your favourite Atlantic Canada campground.

The 401FLFT features three slideouts and 8-foot interior ceilings throughout, giving it a feel that is closer to a cottage than a trailer. The rear living area opens wide with dual slideouts, creating space for theatre seating, a sofa, a free-standing dinette with chairs, and an electric fireplace.

The kitchen sits mid-coach with a three-burner range, oven, microwave, kitchen island, and a four-door refrigerator. A double-door pantry keeps storage organized. Full-height sliding patio doors bring in natural light and open the space up completely.

The front bedroom has its own slideout with a king bed, an armoire, and washer/dryer prep. Two loft areas – one above the bathroom, one above the bedroom – each have stairs for easy access, sleeping space with bunk mats, and storage. The full bathroom features a neo-angled shower.

Additional features include solid hardwood cabinetry, a central vacuum system, in-floor heating ducts, a 50″ TV, a power awning with LED lighting, and a heated enclosed underbelly. The Residence 401FLFT runs on 50-amp service with a 40,000 BTU furnace.
