A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure to visit your RV Center in Sydney. Our plan was to upgrade our current RV to a Park Model. However, our knowledge of RV’s was very limited, so we needed all the assistance we could obtain.
That’s exactly what your team, named above did for us. They were on the scene and ready to accommodate us. They were approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in the RV and people business. They helped us walk through the process with ease and since our knowledge of RV was limited, they did not overwhelm us with petty details; they simply asked us our needs, wants and expectations and showed us exactly what we wanted and needed.
In other words, they made the process as painless as possible for us to make a well informed decision which indeed we did just days after our initial visit. This speaks volumes for your team in Sydney!

Extend warranty is a bargain! When we purchased our new Fleetwood motorhome in May 2008 we discussed at great length the cost & value of extended warranty. In 2011, where hindsight is 20/20 vision, we feel compelled to share our thoughts with fellow RV'ers. In March 2009 Fleetwood was purchased by a new company and have advised us they have absolutely no responsibility for any units purchased prior to this date---------grateful for extended warranty!
Our first service issue exceeded the premium of our warranty. SAL is our warranty company and they have given us exceptional service. We travelled in the Southern US states and on 3 occasions required repairs. The costs of these repairs would have terminated our dream vacation if we did not have an extended warranty. In addition, the dealers told us how impressed they were with the efficient response they received from SAL. The value of extended warranty is priceless and a Real Bargain! Judy & Henry Breau

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I have gotten from you both during the last 6 years. First when my wife was terminally ill and wanted us to buy a trailer and couldn't make the trip to New Glasgow, John Smees arranged to have one brought down to my home and parked in my driveway all set up for 4 hours. My wife was able to see the unit and was thrilled with it. I still was not sure of buying at that time so when I called John Smees back on the Monday to see how much I owed for bringing the trailer up he told me no charge. He said the main thing was it brought some happiness to my wife who only lived another three months, and that if I ever thought about buying in the future if I would consider Stone's along with other options. Well I can tell you that my mind was made up then. I have never run across any company or sales people in my life that have the consideration and caring for other people and also service what they sell and look after their customer well after the sale. My first trailer with you was a 28 foot hornet. After having it 4 months I knew it wasn't what I wanted and anywhere I looked to trade I was going to lose half of what I paid for it. Not with Stones. You allowed me what I paid for it in full towards the retail of a beautiful 33 foot Prowler which I bought. Over the 4 plus years that I had it any little issues that I had were addressed. Microwave was replaced twice, and there were different adjustments to be made and light fixtures to be replaced and every time I was treated like it was my first visit and that I was just buying a new trailer. Well I just purchased my first Park Model a 39 KBSK Hornet Retreat. Over the winter my Prowler was written off by the insurance company when a tree hit it. Needless to say I went no where but Stone's . I continue and will always continue to refer you to anyone that I can and will always sing your praises. You company is one of a kind with the compassion service and honesty that you display, you will always be successful. In this day and age it is so refreshing to see this in our society. We recently purchased a new RV from Stone's RV and I would like let you know how we feel about the experience.
We purchased our first fifth wheel, a 2010 Copper Canyon 273 FWRET, from Stone's at the 2010 RV show in Halifax. The salesman, Ben Watson, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and although suffering from Laryngitis, was able to show us the model we were interested in, pointing out the unique features and with the aid of the Keystone Factory Rep, answered all our questions.
Business Manager Wayne Cook ran through all the details regarding price and the trade-in for our old trailer and made all arrangements for completing our sale. Our trailer was ordered from the factory and when it arrived, we were contacted and a pickup date was arranged.
We arrived in New Glasgow to pick up our new RV and while we were completing the sales arrangements, signing paperwork and running through the details of our new trailer, the service department was installing our fifth wheel hitch on our truck. The Parts and Service Department staff were very helpful with our setup of the hitch and suggestions for items we might need to make our RV experience more enjoyable.
Since purchasing our RV several people we have spoken to have remarked that Stone's has been providing great service for years. They have been very helpful with warranty issues we had with our 2010 Copper Canyon. Overall we have been very satisfied with our RV, the Keystone Copper Canyon is very well made and we have has few issues with it during our recent trip across Canada and back.
We were so satisfied with the unit that during a recent visit to Stone's we were shown a new 2011 Copper Canyon model that we thought would suit us very well. The sales and management staff were able to give us a very good trade in on our 2010 and we now own an new 2011 Copper Canyon 314 FWRLS.
Overall our experience with Stone's RV Sales has been great. We are very happy with our new RV. The Copper Canyon is very well built and is a great value for the money.

Service after the sale is important to me and Stones proved that THAT is what they are all about. This past weekend we were camping in Antigonish and it torrentially rained on Saturday, and I noticed that there was water coming down the wall on the dinette slide. I called Stones immediately. About 3 minutes later there was a knock on the door, I answered it and to my surprise it was Jonathan Stone and Kurt MacKay, and they asked "does someone have a leak?" I was shocked speechless......I thought to myself.....THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!!!
They came in and took a look at our water problem. They discovered that our window wasn't leaking it was a seal on the slide. The unit had to be repaired at the dealership so we dropped the trailer off Sunday night and Monday morning it was being worked on.
Stones were quick to respond; they identified the problem and gave us priority attention to repair the problem. This is what I call Service After The Sale! Thank you Stones, for everything. We know we made the right decision and we will continue to purchase from Stones in the future. We couldn't ask for any better service.

We purchased a 2001 Wilderness 29S a few years ago from Stones RV in Sydney. James Eddy was our salesman and he was very easy to deal with and showed us many trailers until we found the one that suited our needs. We were permanently parking it in a camp park so Stones delivered it and completely set it up for us at no extra cost. We were not expecting that but they said that is "just what they do". Over the past few years we always kept in touch and have purchased accessories, etc from their parts department. The General Manager, Tom Buffett, and his staff always had a warm welcome. This year we decided to purchase a new trailer and without hesitation contacted James again. Just like before, he showed us several trailers until we found the one that was right for us. We are now the proud owners of a 2010 Keystone Sprinter Select 31BS and we love it! Once again it was delivered to our camp park and set up for us with no issues. It was a pleasure doing business at Stones and we would like to thank James, Tom and the entire staff for their great customer service over the years.
